Cebu Residents, Tweet to Win a Free Pass to the Global Voices Citizen Media Summit!

Global Voices invites netizens residing in Cebu Province to tweet for a chance to win a free two-day pass to attend our 2015 Citizen Media Summit, taking place at the Cebu Provincial Capitol, Cebu City on January 24-25.

We'll award up to 10 free passes to netizens based in or near Cebu City. (Please note: for Filipino netizens that live outside of Cebu, we are offering travel grants to subsidize transportation and lodging. And any member of the public can register for the event here).

To enter:

Send three tweets using the hashtag #GV2015 with an answer to the three following questions—one answer per tweet (140 characters or less):

a.) What is the biggest challenge to the existence of a more open internet in the Philippines?

b.) How are you working to promote a more open internet in the Philippines?

c.) What is the one place that visitors to Cebu should definitely visit, and why? (it could be a famous landmark, a place not well-known by tourists, a favorite restaurant, etc.)

A committee of Global Voices community members will review the submissions and select the winners. Winners will be notified by January 5, 2015.
